Gales is seeking a Strategic Sales Lead to grow major accounts in North America and to help facilitate growth into other markets internationally. Main responsibilities include generating new volume purchase deals with nurse schools, nurse staffing agencies, associations, hospitals, buying groups, and others by researching and meeting with prospective customers, and by nurturing and leveraging any existing B2B customer relationships. 

Gales is a typical early-stage startup; daily work involves the usual challenges and opportunities of startups. The successful candidate is expected to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to thrive on adversity and challenges. Our plan is to build a larger sales team in the long run and the role also offers the opportunity to facilitate the building of this team and function, depending on career goals.

  • Proven success in sales - namely with large volume deals that meet specific profitability criteria
  • Ability to prioritize and to focus on opportunities of material size

  • 5+ years' outbound sales experience
  • New business-to-business account development expertise
  • Relevant healthcare vertical experience
