Pro Line vs. Frontline: Similarities and Differences

From the very beginning Gales mission has been to give back to those who give so much to everyone else. In our founding year, with the help of over a thousand nurses,  we created a shoe that provided the highest level of comfort and protection and named it the Frontline Shoe.  Since the Frontline launch, we have heard and listened to all your feedback and got back to work to create the Pro Line, a shoe that fulfilled all of your top requests.

What's the difference between the two shoes? Below we list all the similarities and differences between the Pro Line and Frontline to help you make the best decision for you when deciding between the two styles.

Similarities

  1. Lightweight durability: Ranked #1 in independent lab tests for durability, comfort, fit and pressure reduction, our shoes feature featherlight XL Extralight® technology for all-day comfort.
  2. All day comfort with Ortholite® insoles: Our insoles are removable and replaceable and provide an additional 7mm of arch support.
  3. Antimicrobial: Our shoes are 100% antimicrobial protection. Both our insoles and our outsoles feature patented antimicrobial technology that continually resists microbe growth and provides built-in protection from fungus, bacteria and odor.
  4. No laces, easy to clean: Without the trouble of laces on both styles, our shoes take only seconds to wipe clean. Additionally, our shoes are machine washable and bleach friendly!
  5. Waterproof: Both styles have a full moisture and microbe barrier protection, keeping your feet dry all shift long.
  6. Slip Resistant: The treads on our shoes were extensively tested to ensure the safety of those who wear them, on both wet and dry surfaces.

Differences

  1. New style: We designed the Pro Line with a new and improved sleek sneaker-like style
  2. Accommodates wider widths: By popular demand, our Pro Lines now comfortably fit wide width feet! If your feet are standard width or narrow, they'll fit you too with a snug instep and plenty of wiggle room for your toes!
  3. Higher level of breathability: Our newest technology features ridged ventilation outlets strategically placed on the instep to keep your feet feeling cool and dry while reducing moisture penetration from spills and splashes.
  4. Rubber Soles: The Pro Line outsoles have a higher slip resistance making them the perfect shoe for those who work in kitchens!

The Pro Line is now available here.
